SPYGAMES is a high-energy, physical experience involving climbing and jumping. Wear trainers or flat-soled shoes and comfortable clothing. Long trousers are recommended as some rooms require crawling. Heels, sandals and open-toed shoes are not permitted.
SPYGAMES is a physical experience involving climbing, jumping and crawling, so it may not be suitable for all guests. Our venues themselves are wheelchair and walker accessible throughout entrances, retail and bathrooms. If you require a carer or personal assistant, they receive a complimentary ticket when you purchase your own - please bring proof of eligibility on arrival. Contact us before booking if you'd like to discuss specific access needs.
Yes. Lockers are available free of charge at all venues on a first-come, first-served basis. All bags and backpacks must be stored before entering the experience. Lockers measure 12" x 20" x 24". Items too large to fit the lockers will not be permitted inside the venue.
Yes, photography is allowed and we'd love to see you share your experience on social! Just be mindful of other visitors, and check with staff on arrival as some areas may have restrictions.
SPYGAMES is recommended for ages 6 and up. All participants should be in good health, and comfortable with physical activity including climbing, jumping, crawling. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are non-refundable. One rescheduling is permitted per booking. To reschedule, please refer to your booking confirmation email.
